Review: Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser [makeup remover from the heavens]

This has got to be one of the best products I have ever come across in my life. I've tried so many things to remove makeup: makeup-removing wipes, facial washes, actual remover, oil, etc. but there's usually some inconvenience about each thing (such as expensiveness for amount of product, not fully removing makeup, messing with my skin, and so on).
I present to you a product that is beyond amazing. I purchased this cream from Target for $4.69 and it works wonders. For this product, a little goes a long way, and lots come in the little jar, so not only is it inexpensive, but it will last quite a while. It smells good, and feels good to apply to your skin. It does feel a bit oily after rubbing it into your skin, but you can wipe it off with a damp cloth or wash your face (I usually remove makeup at the end of the day before bed, so I apply this to remove makeup, then wash my face as usual). It says you can rinse it off after wiping with a wet cloth as an optional step, but I recommend it since it feels better.
I haven't experienced any skin irritation or breaking out, just in case you were wondering!
I let my sister use this and after one use, she went out and bought her own!  She didn't even look up reviews or anything; she literally went out the next day and got her own.  That's saying a lot since she can be pretty paranoid about reviews and recommendations.
This product is awesome, so if you're tired of spending $3 for 25 wipes, go buy this for about $5 that will last for months! (:

Review: Revlon Photoready BB cream

To me, spring symbolizes freshness and starting anew. Now that spring is here, I like to wear my makeup light and naturally, just like the new spring air. What better way to wear light makeup than a versatile BB cream?

I literally bought this BB cream an hour ago, and I already love it. I got it for $8.49 from Target, and it works amazingly! I have a bit of redness around my nose, and it does a swell job covering it. I wear the shade light/medium. There's Pale, Light/Medium, and Medium in terms of shades it's available in (shade options seem a bit limited if you ask me). The consistency is pretty light, and smooth. I'd definitely recommend this product.

BB creams tend to suit people who don't need too much coverage, and although this promises to cover like a foundation, I'd still go with a regular foundation if you have a moderate amount of blemishes. I believe this can be layered, but layering too much kind of defeats the purpose. Feel free to try it, though!

Let me know how it works for you or comment if you have any questions! (:

Review: Maybelline Dream Matte Powder

Wow, long time no post! I've been busy with school, but now it's break, so I can get back on track with posting!
Anyway, this setting powder is the one I use every single day I wear makeup.  I love it (as you can tell by the dirty cover)! I use it in Beige (medium 2-2.5). I have combination skin, and it does a great job de-shining my shimmering-in-a-horrid-way face! I would definitely recommend it.  It comes with a little application puff and mirror. It is available pretty much anywhere Maybelline products are sold, and is about $6.94 (depends where you go).
